A lifetime of experiences in developing friendships and networking. Sandy along with husband owned a Utility Construction Company with offices in Houston, Dallas and Nashville. After moving to Nashville that is where, opening the doors to Real Estate and Developing properties along with Zoning changes came about.

In 1996 Sandy moved to Beaverton and worked for a home builder. job criteria was office management, then construction superintendent and then went into sales. Met Howard, her husband in 2000, got her Real estate license in 2001 and married in 2002. Sandy opened up Sandy Lyness Real Estate Inv., LLC in 2016. As an active member of the community, Sandy sits on the Planning and Zoning Board, North Santiam Chamber Board, and is a member of the Mill City Lions Club.

As both a Sellers and a Buyers Broker with 32 years in the Real Estate field, Sandy has an array of knowledge that consists of more than Brick and Mortar.
